KITO EDIFICE
A basic artist impression of the Kito pendant as a large-scale building has generated some truly interesting moments. The organic nature of this design is balanced through a hierarchy of scale shifts. An obvious order of precision in individual consecutive curving forms combining to make the whole.
The intrinsic nature of organic forms offers unique perspectives and experiences at every angle. Void of any sharp angles, circulating through and around this edifice could be an act of discovery. If it were to be occupied the entrances on either end seem obvious, however there is so much left to wonder 'what could be’.
Such as, a courtyard at the lower point where sports, recreation, outdoor events could exist. upon entry is a spacious foyer and as one descends deeper into this edifice, room after room becomes larger and more separated by scale. Yet like in nature the parts of the whole are made up of zones.
